📣📣Patient Service Associate (PSA)

💰 💰Salary: SGD2,200 – SGD2,400

Location : Singapore

Responsibility 👇👇👇
1. Work at Acute Care Clinic (ACC), also known as Emergency Department
2. To perform financial counselling (provide estimated bill size) for patients 
3. To perform data entry and registration of patients 
4. To handle general enquiries of patient location, directions at the counters as well as main phone calls at the counter and backroom 
5. To collect payment and reconcile daily counter collections (including cash, NETS and credit cards) 
6. To perform the role of ‘Service Ambassadors’ at the patient waiting area in each OA to handle enquiries from patients as well as perform immediate service recovery 
7. To perform other duties as and when assigned 

➡️Requirement
1. Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin 
2. Degree Holder in any field
3. Able to work in shift including overnight, weekends & Public Holiday
4. Preferable to have experience in medical sector 
5. Good communication skills as they need to explain to the patient on all the service fee, hospital bill, etc.
