📣📣Hotel Front Desk
💰 💰Salary: SGD1,300 – SGD1,700
💼 💼 Working days: 5 -6 (Depends on the hotel)
Location : Singapore
Responsibilities:
1.Perform check-ins & check-outs
2. Ensure all reservations are entered timely & accurately
3.Handle hotel guest enquiries & complaints
4.Attend to guests need & ensure guests satisfaction
5.Follow up on phone calls & email enquiries
6.Work closely with housekeeping team & maintenance department
Requirement
1.Proficiency in English language (Mandarin would be a bonus as required to speak with Chinese client)
2.Good Computer skills & knowledge of MS Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
3.Excellent Communication & Organizational Skills
4.Able to work on rotating shift including public holidays & weekends
5.Good personal grooming, possess enthusiastic & proactive attitude
6.Team Player
7.Singaporean & Malaysian may apply
8.Minimum Education Required: O level/SPM
9.20 years old & above
