• Perform foundational operations of the Station Equipment and Fare System
• Carry out foundational station administration duties
• Communicate with passengers in clear and passenger-focus manner
• Handle various emergency situations in accordance to STEL operating procedures & guidelines
• Regulate train service in accordance to STEL operating procedures & guidelines 
• Demonstrate basic understanding of EMU operation principles 
• Operate Trains

• Handles all train/station incidents and emergencies

Requirement:
• No minimum experience required
• Proficiency in Chinese and English language (Read, Write, Speak) to communicate and give clear guidance for passenger
• Can handle various emergency situations in calm and swift manner.
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work in shift, including duties in weekends and public holiday.
