💼 💼 Working days: Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm (30 mins lunch break)
âž¡ï¸ Job Description:
1.Handle telephone and walk-in enquires.
2.Attend to the needs of guests or others.
3.Handle outgoing and incoming mails.
4.Disseminate circulars, letters and documents.
5.Assist with daily office tasks such as issuing visitor badges, logbook for delivery and etc.
6.Ad hoc job duties.
âž¡ï¸ Job Requirement:
1.At least GCE ‘O” or equivalent is preferred.
2.Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field
3.Proficient with MS Office.
4.Able to work independently.
5.Ability to multi-task.
