1. Provide demonstration, installation and technical support to customer and sales team
2. Perform configuration, on-site support, maintenance and servicing of IT and equipment
3. Investigate, troubleshoot and repair hardware and software to the network or equipment fault
4. Handle all the documentation to ensure proper filing of records

âž¡ Requirement:
1. Possess Degree in Information Technology or any related filed.
2. Has experiences in computer networks and systems maintenance.
3. Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills.
4. Knowledge in keyphone system, video wall processor, network, server, VPN and network security will be advantage.
